150 core values to help you discover your Personal Truth

Your core values are the lenses through which you view yourself and the world around you. They are what we stand for, guiding our behavior and providing us with a personal code of conduct.

Understanding your core values helps you understand yourself on a more intimate level, know what you want to make of your life, and allow you to consciously make decisions about your life that are aligned with exactly who you are (AKA your Personal Truth).

If you're working through identifying your core values, here's a list of over 150 values to help you walk through that exercise. These core values have been grouped by category to help you find commonalities, but feel free to take this guidance loosely, as your perspective is most important while you work through this process.
