Stress is inevitable. But one clear method that I have seen to reduce stress, support health, and increase overall fulfillment is simplification. Simplifying your routines, establishing boundaries, releasing expectations, getting rid of clutter, establishing fewer, but deeper relationships - this is all part of living more simply and creating more space for living authentically.
