Identifying my values is one of the personal development exercises I am most grateful for because the outcome is a confident, joyful woman who marches to the beat of her own drum and doesn’t give a f*ck anymore. Because I have established my values, I am more confident in my decisions, firm in my beliefs, and confident in everything I do. Now I am able to set boundaries, walk my path outside of a conventional career, speak my truth, be okay with disappointing people or people not liking me, say no whenever my heart isn't fully in it, be in and listen to my body…
